Job summary

Adobe Express seeks a senior Growth leader to head Product Growth, bringing PLG expertise to drive onboarding, engagement and monetization at scale. You will lead across geographies with a bold experimentation agenda and ensure execution of growth strategy via PLG metrics.

You will mentor a distributed Growth Product Manager team and collaborate with Design, Research, Engineering and Data Science to push product growth and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience leading large teams in B2C and B2B product management and growth/marketing on web and mobile apps.
• PLG expertise to deliver strong product and business outcomes with scaling team development.
• Deep understanding of sophisticated growth strategies and product adoption.
• Ability to navigate a highly matrixed organization across multiple teams and structures.
• Exceptional executive presence to influence senior leaders and growth practitioners.

Responsibilities

• Be a leading voice for PLG and the growth function across cross-functional teams including Design, Research, Engineering, and Data Science.
• Lead and mentor a distributed team of Growth Product Managers to embrace PLG methodologies and cross-team collaboration.
• Define End-to-End Growth Metrics across acquisition, engagement, and monetization to sustain momentum for Adobe Express.
• Foster a Growth mindset and experimentation culture, balancing tests and learnings to refine product growth.
