Job summary

The Adobe Express analytics team is seeking a hands-on data scientist to partner with product managers, growth marketers, and leadership to drive decisions shaping our products, helping scale capabilities and enhance user experiences.

You will design experiments, build ML models, and translate insights into product improvements while fostering a data-driven culture across cross-functional teams, including engineering and marketing.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on data science experience.
• Degree in statistics, economics, applied math or engineering.
• Experience in ML modeling and data inference.
• Proven ability to derive insights and communicate these to product and commercial leaders.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and lead analytics initiatives by developing a machine learning strategy and roadmap.
• Engage with product development teams and leadership to inform strategy and roadmaps with analytical insights.
• Design, implement, and analyze A/B experiments and deliver actionable reports.
• Foster data culture by championing experimentation and sharing insights across teams.
• Collaborate with development teams on instrumenting product analytics and data capture to ensure robust data foundations.
