Responsibilities

• Define and maintain product analytics frameworks that map digital self-service behaviors to operational outcomes.
• Ingest and harmonize data from multiple systems to create a single source of truth for performance.
• Investigate trends to explain changes in call volume, containment, and patient experience.
• Develop dashboards and reports for product, operations, and executive audiences.
• Translate findings into prioritized recommendations with expected impact and success metrics.
• Partner with product managers and operations leaders to validate hypotheses and measure results.
• Establish governance for metrics, event taxonomies, and data quality.
• Communicate insights through compelling narratives for stakeholders.
