ezCater's Product Analytics team is seeking an Analyst II to turn data into actionable product insights that fuel growth. You will partner with Product Managers, Design, User Research, Eng, Marketing, and Finance to analyze funnel, run experiments, and shape the roadmap.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in site analytics and experimental test design.
• Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with A/B testing and causal analysis.
• Ability to present insights to stakeholders across functions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze ezCater's product and site funnel to identify friction and opportunities.
• Collaborate with PMs and Engineers to quantify opportunities and define success metrics.
• Design and review experiments (A/B, multi-armed bandit) to measure impact.
• Deliver data-driven recommendations that influence product strategy.
