Job summary

ezCater is seeking a Senior Analyst in our Product Analytics team in the United States. You will partner across Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to transform data into actionable insights that guide product direction and customer impact.

You will lead funnel analysis, run A/B experiments, and develop metrics that inform north-star goals. Strong SQL, Python, and data visualization skills are essential, with a preference for experience in Snowflake, Tableau, and

Qualifications

• 3+ years of quantitative or technical analysis experience, preferably in product analytics or e-commerce.
• Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and analysis; Python experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in site analytics and experimental test design.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leaders to shape the team’s direction and align across Product, Engineering, Design, and Finance.
• Analyze ezCater’s product and site funnel to identify friction and opportunities; translate findings into a prioritized roadmap.
• Partner with Product Managers to quantify opportunities and define success metrics for product changes.
• Design and review experiments (A/B, multi-armed bandit) to measure impact and guide iterations.
• Use data-driven analyses to uncover customer insights and drive product strategy.
