Job summary

ezCater is hiring an Analyst II in Product Analytics to turn data into actionable product insights. You’ll work with product, design, engineering, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to shape analytics strategy and drive measurable impact on funnel optimization and customer experience.

You will design and analyze experiments, quantify opportunities with PMs and engineers, and push for data-driven decisions that reinforce ezCater’s product and technology roadmap.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of quantitative or technical analysis experience in product analytics or e-commerce.
• Strong SQL skills with data manipulation and analysis; Python experience.
• Experience with site analytics, experimental design, and A/B testing.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leaders to shape analytics strategy across Product, Engineering, Design, Finance and Operations.
• Analyze ezCater’s product and site funnel to identify friction and opportunities; translate into a prioritized roadmap.
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to quantify opportunities and define success metrics.
• Design, implement, and review experiments (A/B, multi-armed bandit) to measure impact.
• Use data-driven analyses and models to uncover customer behavior and drive product decisions.
• Root-cause changes to business performance and align with north-star metrics.
• Improve data quality and governance with data-platform peers; navigate imperfect data tradeoffs.
• Explore AI to accelerate analytics throughput and expand impact.
• Mentor peers and raise the analytical bar through sharing domain expertise.
