Description:
  • Minimum 8 years of experience working with retail or ecommerce customers as a business analyst or product analyst, with knowledge about My Account and Checkout.
  • Knowledge of Agile practices and strong story writing skills are essential.
  • Experience in writing, prioritizing, and grooming User stories.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, systems analysis, and requirements gathering.
  • Experience working with JIRA and Confluence.
  • Experience writing user stories in Gherkin format.
  • Experience with Analytics is an additional advantage.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure requirements are accurately captured and implemented.
  • End-to-end understanding of SDLC methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Hybrid, Incremental Development.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand needs, objectives, and pain points.
  • Conduct detailed requirements analysis and document specifications.
  • Assist in training end-users and support during and after deployment.
  • Work hours: 8 am – 5 pm Central Time.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills focused on business process optimization.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Proactive with ownership and accountability.
