Job summary

PrismHR is growing its ExecuPay platform and expanding the Shared Technology and Product Management team to meet customer needs and win in the market. The Product Analyst role complements PMs and Designers to ensure Engineering receives the right level of detail for execution.

You will leverage AI to draft stories, PRDs, and prototypes, while applying product judgment to drive decisions. As a Product Analyst, you will help translate business and customer needs into a prioritized backlog,

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of Business Analyst, Product Management, or equivalent experience.
• In-depth knowledge of Payroll and HR concepts for service bureaus and SMBs.
• Experience with Product Managers and UX Designers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; cross-domain collaboration.
• Strong business sense with technical aptitude and quick problem-solving.
• Experience with HR platforms including Payroll, HR, Benefits, Time and Attendance.

Responsibilities

• Support Product Manager by providing product coverage and tactical activities.
• Develop User Stories to Ready for Development state using AI for drafts.
• Draft PRDs and specifications with Product Manager using AI tools.
• Build rapid prototypes with AI tools to test concepts with stakeholders.
• Capture requirements with PMs/UX and translate into a prioritized backlog.
• Synthesize feedback and data into themes to inform prioritization.
• Assist with competitive/market analysis using AI-assisted research.
• Maintain Jira metadata for accurate AI reporting and backlog health.
• Validate issues through PMs and the development team with SME input.
• Provide domain expertise in Payroll/HR and collaborate with Dev/QA.
• Lead UAT and coordinate with Development and QA on acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with Shared Technology teams to align product overlap.
• Work with Technical Documentation to clearly define changes.
• Bridge Product teams with Support/Professional Services for triage.
• Assist other delivery teams on special projects and business initiatives.
