Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5 years of recent experience in Business Analysis, Product Analysis, Product Ownership, Assistant Product Management, Product Management, Software Solutions Analysis, or a related software/product role.
• Experience translating customer or business problems into product solutions.
• Experience developing user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, business rules, or functional requirements.
• Experience partnering with software Engineering and QA teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers, Product Management, Customer Success, Engineering, QA, UX/UI, and business stakeholders to identify customer problems, operational needs, and product opportunities.
• Understand the underlying business problem behind customer and stakeholder requests.
• Analyze product usage, customer feedback, workflows, operational metrics, defects, and business processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Own and maintain portions of the product backlog and roadmap in alignment with broader product and business objectives.
• Support prioritization by evaluating customer value, business impact, urgency, effort, dependencies, risks, and data.
• Proactively recommend product enhancements, workflow automation, AI-enabled capabilities, and other improvements.
• Consider immediate and broader impact of product decisions across customers and the platform.
