PEAK6 in Chicago is seeking a Product Analyst to shape the tools, platforms, and systems powering our growing portfolio businesses. You will seamlessly switch between big‑picture vision and hands‑on execution, driving performance, efficiency, and innovation on the desk.

You will develop roadmaps for internal HR, Finance, and Support SaaS and homegrown tools, collaborating across departments to identify workflows, define needs, and create AI‑enabled solutions that deliver real business value.

Qualifications

• 2-4+ years of product management experience in internal, multi-tenant systems.
• Experience with agile teams delivering products from vision to execution.
• Interest in using AI-centric tooling and workflows.
• Proven ability to partner with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product roadmaps for internal HR, Finance, and Support SaaS and homegrown tools.
• Engage with multiple departments to identify workflows and define needs.
• Champion product vision and communicate priorities, strategy, and progress.
• Define user stories, map flows, and manage the backlog with clear criteria.
• Build cross-functional partnerships to surface ideas and cross-pollinate solutions.
• Implement metrics, conduct usability tests, and improve product fit via data.
• Maintain documentation and support both new and legacy product lines.
