Job summary

Evolve-Bank- is seeking a Product Analyst to support stakeholders and products within our Open Banking Division. The role emphasizes clear client communications, content accuracy, and cross-team coordination.

You will work on data extracts, APIs, payment processing, and help identify patterns and discrepancies across the payment lifecycle. This in-office role requires strong analytical skills and collaboration with technical and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or 5 years payments experience in lieu.
• 2 years in payments industry at bank, FinTech, ISO or equivalent.
• 2 years experience managing SaaS or financial products.
• Demonstrated ability to distill complex concepts into problem statements.
• Experience designing and troubleshooting data extracts, APIs, and payment processing.
• Ability to query data tables and identify patterns and failure points across the payment life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Support client facing product team communications.
• Manage external doc site updates and ensure content accuracy over time.
• Coordinate with marketing team on release notes and announcements.
• Draft and publish root cause analysis statements.
• Manage product status board notifications in case of service issues.
• Support client issue management and client research requests.
• Review data extracts discrepancies and reported transaction anomalies.
• Query data tables and review data reporting for themes and discrepancies.
• Address inbound ticket requests from internal teams and provide timely feedback.
• Coordinate between internal stakeholders to enable progress.
• Develop project timelines based on internal discussions.
• Track project milestone completion with ownership mindset.
• Track and manage multiple efforts at once and identify themes across separate issues.
