Job summary

FleetPride seeks a Manager, Digital Adoption to drive customer adoption of our digital tools. You will partner with sales, support, product, and operations to deliver demos, onboarding, and training that improve efficiency and outcomes for heavy-duty equipment customers.

You will collect requirements, document feedback, and help translate needs into product enhancements while ensuring a customer-first mindset across initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading customer training and onboarding for digital tools.
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate into product/training needs.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging demos and onboarding sessions for customers using digital platforms.
• Advise customers on digital adoption to improve workflows and outcomes.
• Document needs and work with Product/Technology to prioritize enhancements.
• Represent the voice of the customer in product discussions and testing.
