Job summary

PowerHouse Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Producing Sales Manager to lead and grow our mortgage sales team in the Great Neck area.

You will coach loan officers, expand our referral network with real estate agents, and drive branch volume while maintaining your own production pipeline. The ideal candidate holds an active NMLS Mortgage Loan Originator license, has 3+ years of origination and leadership experience, and can navigate FHA/VA/conventional guidelines.

What We're Looking For

• Active NMLS Mortgage Loan Originator license (multi-state preferred).
• 3+ years of mortgage origination experience combined with proven leadership or supervisory background.
• Strong knowledge of FHA, VA, conventional, and agency guidelines. [
• Driven, coachable, and ready to lead by example.
