Job summary

PRMI in Muncie, IN is seeking a Producing Branch Manager - Mortgage who will continue to originate while building a high-performing team. You'll keep your loan book and add a branch income stream, with processing, underwriting, and back-office support provided.

You will recruit, mentor and coach loan officers, and drive the branch culture and P&L. A base salary range is complemented by commissions and a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Three years in retail mortgage origination with a steady track record.
• Active, licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS) with Principal Lending license or ability to obtain one where required.
• Strong referral network of real estate agents and builders.
• Player-coach, senior LO or team lead ready for a branch leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Keep originating purchase and refinance loans through your referral network.
• Recruit, mentor and coach loan officers, a few hours a week and not all day.
• Lead the branch's culture and performance, and grow the branch's P&L.
