Job summary

PRMI is seeking a Producing Branch Manager for Mortgage in Fishers, IN. You will continue originating while building a team, with back-office support for processing, underwriting and closing, and a branch-focused P&L responsibility.

Base salary ranges from $80,000 to $220,000 plus commissions on personal production and a branch override; sign-on bonus available. This role emphasizes production, coaching, and recruiting rather than desk management.

Qualifications

• 3 years in retail mortgage origination with a steady track record.
• Active, licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS). You hold a Principal Lending license, or can get one where your state requires it.
• Strong referral network of real estate agents and builders.
• Player-coach, senior LO or team lead ready for your own branch.

Responsibilities

• Keep originating purchase and refinance loans through your referral network.
• Recruit, mentor and coach loan officers, a few hours a week and not all day.
• Lead the branch's culture and performance, and grow the branch's P&L.
