Job summary

This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and proven experience in profit-centre management and direct hire staffing. You will coach, source talent, forecast, and drive client relationships across the market.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and coach division personnel, with performance remediation when needed.
• Actively source candidates for internal opportunities and participate in selections.
• Lead and motivate staff to achieve market and division goals.
• Drive personal GP and manage division results.
• Hold regular staff and training meetings and business reviews.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure order coverage.
• Utilize forecasting to increase revenue and gross profit.
• Execute business strategy and direct outbound revenue activities.
• Solicit new business and grow existing client base.
• Oversee pay/bill rate and invoicing procedures to meet GM% targets.
• Monitor division expenses and credit/collections processes.
• Maintain client and candidate relationships and market knowledge.
• Develop solutions for client-related issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with policies and employment laws.
• Demonstrate the 5Hs (Honesty, Human connection, Helpfulness, Hope, Hustle).
• Lead participation in community and professional organizations.
• Coordinate trade shows and interface with Corporate Office.
