Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business-related field; Master’s preferred.
• 6 years of experience managing a profit center.
• 5 years direct hire/staffing industry experience.
• Prior sales experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach division personnel and manage performance.
• Source candidates for internal opportunities and participate in selections.
• Motivate staff to achieve market, division and individual goals.
• Drive gross profit and division revenue; monitor GP.
• Conduct staff and training meetings; perform business reviews.
• Coordinate with other directors to cover client orders.
• Interface with Corporate Office.
