PRMI in Oceanside, CA is seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer to keep originating loans while building a team. You will recruit, mentor, and coach loan officers, and lead the branch's culture and P&L.

You will work with a full-support back office; production-driven compensation with base salary plus commission and potential sign-on bonus. About 3 years retail mortgage origination; active NMLS license; strong referral network expected.

Qualifications

• 3 years in retail mortgage origination with a steady track record.
• Active, licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS).
• Strong referral network of real estate agents and builders.

Responsibilities

• Keep originating purchase and refinance loans through your referral network.
• Recruit, mentor and coach loan officers, a few hours a week and not all day.
• Lead the branch's culture and performance, and grow the branch's P&L.
