Job summary

Pacific Guardian Life is seeking a detail‑oriented Producer Services Administrator to support license registrations, renewals, and contract management for external agents and brokers in our Honolulu office.

You will provide producers with sales illustrations, forms, and related documentation, while tracking training records and agent master files. The role emphasizes service excellence and cross‑department collaboration.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 continuous years of administrative experience, preferably with an insurance company.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey policy information to the public, agents, and personnel at all levels.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize work and meet critical deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Ability to read and interpret insurance policies, procedures, and related documents.

Responsibilities
