Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience as a Producer or Project Manager in a creative/marketing setting.
  • Experience managing email, digital marketing, or design-driven projects.
  • Proficient with design tools (Figma, Google Slides) and review/feedback workflows.
  • Experience using Airtable, Google Docs/Sheets to track projects and assets.
  • Strong communication and ability to juggle high-volume work while staying organized.

Job description

We're looking for an experienced Producer to join a team dedicated to supporting email and other communication for a large client. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment where you will need to successfully juggle multiple projects and learn new proprietary tools with ease and grace. You should also be someone who loves keeping teams organized, be an excellent team player, and bring a calm, positive energy to everything you do.

You'll be responsible for managing end-to-end projects which include emails and other client push notifications. You'll be partnering closely with clients and cross functional partners to ensure work is delivered on time, on brief, and at a high level of quality. You'll act as the central hub, keeping designers, copywriters, and stakeholders aligned while proactively flagging risks and keeping things running smoothly. Being 10 steps ahead is a must.

Responsibilities

Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience as a Producer or Project Manager, ideally in a creative and/or marketing environment
  • Experience managing email, digital marketing, or design-driven projects
  • Comfortable using design tools like Figma, Google Slides or other design tools (reviewing designs, tracking feedback, coordinating revisions)
  • Experience using project management or data management tools like Airtable, Google docs/sheets, etc, to track projects, schedules, and assets
  • Proven ability to handle high-volume work while staying organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong client management and communication skills
  • Comfortable managing designers and copywriters across multiple projects
  • Exceptionally reliable, responsive, and accountable

This is a temp to perm position starting at $400 - $425 a day. Full time salary from $90,000 - $100,000
