Job summary

Haus in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Producer to manage end-to-end email and client communications for a large client. You will juggle multiple projects, coordinate designers, copywriters, and stakeholders, and keep everyone aligned to briefs, timelines, and quality.

You will own schedules, track progress, flag risks early, and ensure deliverables meet deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Producer or Project Manager in a creative/marketing setting.
• Experience managing email, digital marketing, or design-driven projects.
• Proficient with design tools (Figma, Google Slides) and review/feedback workflows.
• Experience using Airtable, Google Docs/Sheets to track projects and assets.
• Strong communication and ability to juggle high-volume work while staying organized.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of email design projects from kickoff to delivery.
• Own schedules, timelines, and status updates across multiple teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional partners including design, editorial, and client teams.
• Lead clear client communication and day-to-day project management.
• Track progress, feedback, and ensure deliverables meet deadlines.
• Identify issues early and propose solutions.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and accuracy across materials.
• QC all work before client reviews and deliveries.
• Foster a collaborative, positive environment for internal teams.
