The Producer in Training will assist to oversee a portfolio of clients through relationship building and client account development. This will be an office role and with a salary range of $70-$85k. Other responsibilities include handling service requests, identifying potential risk issues, quoting additional coverages and policies, and tracking renewals. The role is identified as an 18-24month position to comprehend the intricacies as our broker role. Upon completion and the candidate does well, the role will be appointed to our Broker status.
