Job summary

CRC Group is seeking a Producer Development Coordinator to manage the Sales Acceleration Program, a 2.5-year structured development track for high-performing, early-career producers. You will coordinate curriculum, logistics, onboarding, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver a best-in-class experience.

You will partner with senior leaders, participants, and external vendors, maintain records, track progress, and prepare reports for leadership. Travel is expected 5+ times per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all operational aspects of the Sales Acceleration Program for successful execution.
• Serve as main point of contact for program participants and provide ongoing support.
• Manage scheduling, logistics, and event coordination for workshops and trainings.
