ELYON International, Inc. is seeking a producer compensation administrator to create, analyze, and execute producer compliance and compensation transactions for Employee Benefits, Disability Insurance, Annuities, and Retirement Plans.

You will review applications, approve contracts, and ensure timely processing across systems. The role emphasizes licensing entry, exception requests, relationship management, and opportunities for process improvements.

Formación

• 0–4 years of related work experience in contracts, accounting, customer service, and/or insurance.
• Ability to calculate complicated commission arrangements using mathematical and analytical skills.
• Ability to work with MS Outlook and Excel.
• Professional certification such as FLMI or ACS preferred.

Responsabilidades

• 75% Production/Customer Service: Serve as initial entry for all producer licensing and compensation information.
• Submit requests for exceptions to contract applications and/or commission structures that do not meet qualifications.
• Respond to and identify the right course of action for customer service needs via 800 line and email alias.
• 5% Process Improvements: Participate in special projects and process improvements.
