Competenze

• Holds an active Life & Health insurance license (L&H).
• Proven experience in employee benefits production and client growth.
• Familiar with benefits software and record-keeping tools.

• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients for employee benefits solutions.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored benefits strategies.
• Collaborate with account managers and administrative support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Job Summary

Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Employee Benefits Producer to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in driving the growth of the employee benefits division by building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing expert guidance on benefits solutions, and delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in employee benefits production and a passion for helping clients navigate the complexities of benefits programs. This is a hybrid position, offering a blend of in-office and remote work flexibility.

Compensation Package

• Base Salary: Starting at $70,000+ (commensurate with experience)
• Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid (specific days in-office and remote)
• Equipment: Provided for remote work

• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients for employee benefits solutions.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored benefits strategies.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Designations: Holds an active L&H (Life and Health) insurance license.
