Paradox Insurance Agency in Montana is seeking a motivated sales professional to build genuine relationships with prospects and teams. You will identify opportunities, match products to client needs, and maintain CRM data with high accuracy.

You will thrive if you enjoy solving problems, communicating clearly, and driving toward revenue targets while staying compliant with state licensing requirements. A licensed MT property/casualty agent is preferred.

What You’ll Do

• Create sales-ready opportunities
• Align products with the prospect’s objectives and pain points
• Proactively research the industry and the technology landscape to ensure you are a trusted resource to prospects and clients
• Capture key prospective client data from your interactions, from the web, and other sources, and ensure clean and accurate data is entered and maintained in our CRM
• Achieve monthly revenue targets.

What you need to get the job done:

• Consistent desire to improve
• Cold calls stink but are part of this role; can you develop relationships while standing in line at the coffee shop or a crowded room?
• Ability to confidently and effectively speak with prospects of all levels (from the janitor to the CEO)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-driven, motivated, and results-oriented.
• Possess a MT state property/casualty insurance license
• Reside in the State of Montana
