Job summary

LA 411 in Santa Monica is seeking a part-time producer to own end-to-end video, podcast and campaign work, in person 10-15 hours weekly.

You will decide weekly shoots, review scripts, pitch podcasts, monitor metrics, and keep editors moving; strong taste and ownership required.

Responsibilities

• Decide what to shoot each week, where and why.
• Send scripts and indicate which to cut.
• Pitch podcasts worth the audience and manage the calendar.
• Read data, feedback, and adjust next week’s plan.
• Keep the video editor moving and cohesive across platforms.
• Lead the creative, contribute and speak up when it isn’t strong.
• Produce end-to-end work (video, podcast, live event, campaigns).
