The Program in Portland, Oregon is seeking an experienced Producer to own the full project lifecycle—from brief to delivery—while managing timelines, budgets, and client partnerships. You will coordinate with creative, strategy, and production teams across mediums to ensure high-quality outcomes.
In this hybrid role, you will work three days in the office and two remotely, driving successful campaigns and fostering long-term client relationships.

Of upmost importance is our people and the relationships we build. As a Producer, you will manage these relationships, delivering quality work under tough constraints with a positive outlook. Producers are responsible for spearheading complex projects for a wide variety of clients, categories, and mediums. You will help produce deliverable requirements and documentation, oversee timelines, budgets, and resources while motivating teams and managing partnerships with confidence.
*Note: although this is not a content production / video production focused position, you will work across the content landscape in partnership, from time to time, with a content producer and content creatives.

The Producer role reports to the Director, Project Management
This is an in-office Portland, Oregon position with three days per week in office. A hybrid approach will make up the other two days per week, with additional days in office per week as needed or required by management. We’re committed to maintaining a professional level of flexibility for our team to do their best work.
The salary band for this role is $60,000-$80,000
