Job summary

Ayala Insurance Service LLC in Glendale, AZ is seeking a results-driven Producer to generate new business by selling insurance products and building lasting relationships with clients. This position is hourly plus commission, with a typical Monday–Friday schedule and alternating Saturday coverage.

The Producer is responsible for generating new business by selling insurance products and cultivating long-term relationships. This role requires strong sales skills, coverage knowledge, and the ability to educate clients on their protection needs.This position is hourly plus commission
