Rubio Insurance Agency in Tucson, AZ seeks motivated individuals for a sales career in insurance. We provide on-going training, development and support on your path to success with an annual base salary plus commission and a comprehensive benefits package.

Location: Tucson, AZ with hybrid remote options and a full-time schedule. Requirements include a Property and Casualty license (or Personal lines), 2+ years in sales, willingness to learn, a proactive attitude, and being a self-starter.

Qualifications

• Licensing requirement: Property and Casualty license or Personal lines.
• At least 2 years in sales demonstrating commitment and stability.
• Willingness to learn, be coachable and proactive.
• Upbeat, positive attitude and self-starter mindset.

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives.
• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking and other leads.
• Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
• Develop networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
• Process customer policy change requests.
