Formación

• 7+ years of experience as a Producer or Project Manager in software, digital, UX/UI, or creative environments.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI and software design processes from ideation through delivery.
• Experience coordinating across Design, Product, Engineering, Business, Marketing, and stakeholder teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and aggressive timelines with clear communication.

Harvey Nash USA has been engaged to find an experienced Design Producer to support a leading global technology organization's Product Design team. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in UX/UI production, software and web design projects, cross-functional project management, and design delivery.

The successful candidate will be organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing complex design initiatives while partnering with Design, Product, Engineering, Business, Marketing, and other stakeholders.

Role Summary

The Design Producer will support the planning and execution of website, software, and user experience design projects, helping teams define requirements, establish milestones, facilitate design reviews, and ensure high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional relationships while representing the design team.
• Create project plans, milestones, and timelines and track project issues.
• Lead design brainstorms, workshops, meetings, and design reviews.
• Track and communicate project health, status, risks, issues, and upcoming deliverables.
• Partner with Design Managers to plan and prioritize design work.
• Manage competing priorities and resources across multiple projects.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Producer or Project Manager within software, digital, UX/UI, or creative environments.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI and software design processes from ideation through delivery.
• Understanding of desktop, mobile, and native app design.
• Experience working across Design, Product, Engineering, Business, Marketing, and stakeholder teams.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and aggressive timelines.
• Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to quickly understand complex projects and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within Product Design or software design teams.
• Background in a digital or creative agency environment.
• Experience supporting complex web, software, or mobile application projects.
• Strong understanding of design reviews, handoffs, and design-to-engineering delivery.

Top Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be a strong Design Producer / UX Producer / Digital Producer with experience managing complex software or web design initiatives. Candidates should demonstrate hands-on ownership of project planning, milestones, design reviews, stakeholder coordination, resource prioritization, and delivery, rather than purely visual design or marketing production.

Compensation

A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum hourly wage for this position is in between $95-$99/hr on W2.
