The candidate will plan and execute website and software design initiatives, define requirements, establish milestones, facilitate design reviews, and ensure timely, high-quality handoffs to engineering while coordinating with design,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Producer or Project Manager in software, digital, UX/UI, or creative environments.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI and software design processes from ideation through delivery.
• Experience coordinating across Design, Product, Engineering, Business, Marketing, and stakeholder teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and aggressive timelines with clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional relationships while representing the design team.
• Create project plans, milestones, and timelines and track project issues.
• Lead design brainstorms, workshops, meetings, and design reviews.
• Track and communicate project health, status, risks, issues, and upcoming deliverables.
• Partner with Design Managers to plan and prioritize design work.
• Manage competing priorities and resources across multiple projects.
• Ensure timely handoff of design comps and specifications to Engineering.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to maintain design integrity through implementation.
• Identify opportunities to improve design processes, communication, and workflows.
