About the Role
In this role, you’ll collaborate with designers, creative directors, and cross-functional partners to produce high-quality brand assets across marketing, product storytelling, presentations, and events. You’ll work within established brand systems while also refining and evolving them as new needs arise. If you’re passionate about craft, systems, and scaling great design, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Create polished visual assets (ads, presentations, product visuals, emails, event materials)
- Apply and evolve brand guidelines with strong design judgment
- Support cross-functional teams with fast, high-quality design solutions
- Maintain and improve Figma template libraries for scalable brand use
- Prepare production-ready files for digital and print
Candidate Requirements
- 3–5+ years in brand, production, or marketing design
- Strong craft in typography, layout, and visual consistency
- Proficiency in Figma + Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with design systems and template management
- Familiarity with AI tools in creative workflows
- Highly organized, collaborative, and detail-oriented

- AI-Enhanced Design Workflow: Familiarity with AI tools for ideation, iteration, and production—paired with strong judgment on when and how to use them to maintain high-quality creative output
Education
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum hourly wage for this position is $75 - $95 Hourly on W2 (Depending on Experience).
