Qualifikationen

• Experience with branded treatments, visual design systems, or creative systems within product experiences.

We’re seeking an experienced Creative Systems Producer to join a team focused on creating thoughtful, engaging, and highly polished user experiences across digital products and services.

This role is deeply grounded in product and UX, working closely with UX, Product Design, Engineering, and Creative teams to bring experiences to life within the product. The ideal candidate understands how creative systems, branded treatments, visual design, and user experience come together to create cohesive product experiences.

You’ll help drive projects from early concept through execution, ensuring creative work is thoughtfully integrated into the product and delivered with a high level of quality. This is a highly collaborative role for a producer who enjoys working at the intersection of UX, product, design, and technology.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with UX and Product Design teams to manage the production of product experiences from concept through launch
• Own the creative production process for experiences that live within the product, ensuring work is aligned with user needs, product goals, and creative direction
• Work closely with designers to bring branded treatments, visual systems, and creative experiences into digital products
• Manage multiple projects across different stages of the product development lifecycle
• Build project plans, timelines, workflows, and production processes that enable creative teams to do their best work
• Lead project kickoffs, creative reviews, design reviews, status meetings, and other key production milestones
• Manage feedback and approvals across UX, Product, Engineering, Creative, and other cross-functional teams
• Communicate project status, timelines, risks, dependencies, and resource needs to stakeholders
• Partner with Engineering and technical teams to understand product requirements and ensure creative work can be effectively implemented
• Help identify and resolve production challenges throughout the design and development process
• Partner with internal producers and creative teams to ensure projects remain on schedule and meet a high bar for quality
• Coordinate with external vendors or partners when needed, including onboarding, contracts, bids, and production logistics
• Help develop and improve systems, workflows, and methodologies for producing product-focused creative work
• Stay current on emerging design practices, technologies, and tools that can improve the product experience
• Advocate for the user and ensure creative decisions support a cohesive, intuitive, and engaging experience

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of experience as a Producer in UX, Product Design, Digital Design, or a creative organization
• Proven experience working directly with UX Designers, Product Designers, Creative Directors, and Engineering teams
• Experience producing digital products, UI/UX experiences, or interactive experiences
• Strong understanding of the product design and development lifecycle
• Experience managing creative work that is integrated into a digital product or platform
• Experience with branded treatments, visual design systems, or creative systems within product experiences
• Strong understanding of design workflows, including concepts, iterations, reviews, feedback, and final implementation
• Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working with both creative and highly technical teams
• Strong attention to detail and a high bar for creative quality
• Proactive, resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable operating with minimal supervision
• Passion for user experience, product design, technology, and creating exceptional experiences for users

• Experience working within a product design or UX organization
• Experience at a technology, digital product, or consumer-facing company
• Experience partnering with Engineering throughout the design and implementation process
• Experience producing branded or highly visual experiences that are embedded within a product
