Job summary

Pinnacle Group, Inc. is seeking a Design Producer to support a Product Design team focused on website, UX, and software interface design. You will partner with Design Managers, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other teams to define requirements, set milestones, and ensure high-quality delivery.

The role is fast-paced and requires a highly organized, adaptable professional who can lead workshops, run design reviews, and maintain design integrity through implementation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Producer, Project Manager, Program Manager, or similar in software, digital, product, or creative environments.
• Experience working with UX/UI or Product Design teams.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI and software ideation, execution, and delivery processes.
• Understanding of desktop, mobile, and native app design best practices.
• Experience integrating Design, Business, Marketing, Engineering, and stakeholder teams.
• Strong ability to quickly understand complex projects and focus on key priorities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for design.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional relationships while representing and advocating for the Design team.
• Partner with Design Managers to create project plans, establish key milestones, and track issues and dependencies.
• Lead design brainstorms and workshops.
• Run meetings and design reviews, capturing key ideas, decisions, issues, and action items.
• Track and report project health on a weekly basis, including status, risks, and projected outcomes.
• Partner with Design Managers on project planning and execution.
• Help negotiate priorities for the Design team given limited resources and aggressive schedules.
• Ensure timely handoff of design comps, specifications, and assets to Engineering.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to ensure design integrity is maintained throughout implementation.
• Continuously improve processes, workflows, and communication in a fast-changing environment.

About the Role
