Job summary

Whole Foods Market in Arlington, MA, is seeking an entry-level Team Member to support the Produce team. You will help receive and prep products, stock shelves, and maintain attractive displays while upholding WFM standards and safety regulations.

Responsibilities include customer service, merchandising, housekeeping, and participating in store programs. The role may require night/weekend shifts and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand/walk for 6-8 hours in an 8-hour shift.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Adheres to health, safety, and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintains fresh and appealing displays by front-facing and stocking shelves.
• Assists with organizing and displaying volume and seasonal items.
• Monitors spoilage and communicates waste to supervisors.
• Completes spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep worksheets.
• Provides excellent customer service and answers phones promptly.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties and ensures accurate signage.
