Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking a Produce Team Member to support receiving, preparing, and stocking produce, maintain displays, and assist customers. You will ensure quality, freshness, and store standards while working with the team to meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintains fresh and appealing produce displays; keeps cases stocked and front-facing.
• Assist Team Leader with display organization and seasonal items.
• Monitor spoilage and communicate waste to relevant leads.
• Complete required spoilage, temperature, and sweep worksheets.
• Support inventory checks and reconcile pricing accuracy.
• Provide courteous, friendly service and respond to customer needs promptly.
• Follow procedures for safety, sanitation, and hygiene per standards.
