Job summary

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Keeps cases and shelves clean and well stocked with front-facing products.
• Assists with organizing and displaying volume and seasonal items.
• Monitors spoilage and communicates waste to buyers and leads.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties and ensures pricing accuracy.
• Delivers courteous, friendly service and answers customer questions promptly.
• Maintains clean, sanitary work and shopping environment per health standards.
