Job summary

Responsibilities

• Keep cases and shelves clean, stocked, front-faced, and priced accurately.
• Assist with organizing and displaying seasonal items.
• Monitor spoilage and communicate waste to buyers and leads.
• Complete required spoilage, temperature, and sweep worksheets.
• Assist with periodic inventory checks.
• Arrive on time, groomed, and ready to work; attend trainings.
• Provide excellent customer service and use suggestive selling techniques.
• Maintain proper handling, storage, and merchandising procedures.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation rules and WFM procedures.
• Maintain a clean working and shopping environment and operate equipment safely.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned; report hazards promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
