Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with 1–3 years of grocery produce experience and basic math knowledge.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; able to coach and develop staff.
• Ability to perform housekeeping, safety compliance, and schedule changes.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs, use a pallet jack, and work nights/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Quality control, merchandising, and maintaining produce department cleanliness and organization.
• Inventory management and scheduling to maximize productivity.
• Coach and evaluate team members; participate in performance reviews and promotions.
• Attend store meetings and support store management in daily operations.
• Lead a collaborative team to deliver high-quality produce and customer service.
