Qualifications

• 18+ months retail Team Member experience and 6+ months supervisory experience
• Capable of lifting 50 pounds
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Strong knowledge of safety and regulatory policies

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains store layout and merchandising
• Partner with Team Leader to meet sales, purchasing, and labor targets
• Analyze sales reports and labor data
• Demonstrate product knowledge and keep aware of new products
• Maintain vendor relations and handle paperwork
• Address team concerns and serve as point person when Team Leader is absent
• Set high standards of retail execution
• Foster teamwork and morale
• Respond to customer needs and guide Team Members
• Recruit, train, and mentor Team Members; provide performance evaluations
• Communicate and model WFM vision and goals
