Pero Family Farms is hiring for Stackers and Dumpers to support our fast-paced production team in Hanover, PA. The role emphasizes careful handling, precise packing, safe stacking, and efficient movement through the production line.

Shifts are available, with overtime and weekend requirements. The ideal candidate will be dependable, able to work in cold and rooms-temperature environments, and committed to food safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High School education or GED preferred.
• Experience in produce handling or warehouse preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand long periods.
• Able to read and follow English instructions; Spanish a plus.
• Shift flexibility, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Stack packed cartons or crates onto pallets and secure them.
• Dump raw produce onto conveyors or processing lines safely.
• Monitor product flow and remove foreign materials.
• Follow safety and quality standards.
