Job summary

Pero Family Farms Food Company LLC is seeking dependable Stackers and Dumpers for our Hanover, PA production line. You will safely stack & pack produce, wrap pallets, and ensure accurate, efficient movement through the line while maintaining food safety standards.

The role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to work in varying temperatures with shift flexibility. Ideal candidates have high school or GED and prefer experience in produce handling or food processing.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Education / G.E.D. preferred or applicable certification.
• Understanding of Produce Standards, and or basic produce experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stack cartons or crates on pallets safely for storage or shipment.
• Wrap and secure pallets to ensure safe transport and minimize damage.
• Follow stacking patterns to optimize space and maintain load stability.
• Load and dump raw produce onto conveyors, hoppers, or processing lines.
• Monitor product flow and remove foreign materials or defective items.
