Job summary

Pero Family Farms is seeking reliable Packers, Stackers, and Dumpers to join our Benton Harbor production team. This full-time, onsite role focuses on packing, stacking, and dumping fresh produce while ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency on the line.

Candidates should be dependable, able to work in a fast-paced environment, lift up to 50 lbs, and follow safety procedures. Prior produce-handling experience is a plus, and bilingual in Spanish is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Education / G.E.D. preferred
• Understanding of Produce Standards preferred

Responsibilities

• Pack fresh produce into boxes and cartons according to specs and quality standards
• Safely stack packed cartons onto pallets and wrap them for transport
• Load and dump raw produce onto conveyors and monitor product flow for safety and quality
