Job summary

Pero Family Farms is seeking a PM Forklift Operator to support production in Hanover, PA. The role involves supplying production lines with raw materials, removing finished goods, cleaning up, and helping maintain a safe, efficient warehouse environment. Requires forklift certification and 1–2 years of related experience.

Overtime and weekend shifts may be required. This full-time, onsite position reports to the Shipping and Receiving Manager and offers benefits typical of a warehouse role.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of warehouse/stocking/forklift experience.
• Ability to operate a manual/powered pallet jack.
• Demonstrated attention to detail.
• Forklift certification is required.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with teammates.

Responsibilities

• Supply production lines with raw product and other needed production material.
• Removal of finished product.
• Clean up.
• Removal of trash.
• Keep production lines supplied with needed product and material.
• Follow safety policies and procedures, including safe operation of power equipment.
• Follow all company policies.
• Work overtime as required.
• Other duties assigned.
