Job summary

Pero Family Farms is seeking a Forklift Operator in Hanover, PA to support production lines by supplying raw product and materials, and removing finished goods. This onsite, full-time role reports to the Shipping and Receiving Manager and requires forklift certification and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities include keeping lines stocked, following safety policies, and potential overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of warehouse/stocking experience preferred.
• Forklift certification is required.
• Ability to operate a manual/powered pallet jack.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and good communication skills.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Supply production lines with raw product and other needed production material.
• Remove finished product and perform general clean up and trash removal.
• Keep production lines stocked with required product and materials.
• Follow safety policies and procedures for power equipment.
• Work overtime as required.
