Job summary

Whole Foods Market in Newton, MA is seeking a Produce Team Member to support receiving and preparing product, maintain the Produce floor and displays, and assist customers while upholding WFM standards.

Responsibilities include unloading deliveries, front-facing displays, keeping cases clean, checking codes, rotating stock, monitoring spoilage, and following health and safety procedures; you will work with Team Leaders and colleagues to deliver courteous, efficient service.

• Monitors spoilage and communicates waste to buyers and leads.
• Completes temperature and sweep worksheets as required.
• Assists with periodic inventory checks.
• Provides excellent customer service and assists customers with requests.
• Maintains clean, sanitary work and shopping areas; follows safety procedures.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; ensures accurate signage.
• Reports safety hazards promptly.
• Adheres to weights and measures and health regulations.
