Job summary

Whole Foods Market in Massachusetts seeks a Produce Team Member to support receiving, prepping, stocking, and displaying fresh produce to meet WFM standards. You will help maintain the Produce floor, assist customers, and collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment.

Successful candidates will lift up to 50 pounds, follow safety and sanitation guidelines, and work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.

Responsibilities

• Keeps cases and shelves clean and well stocked; front-facing; rotates product and checks codes.
• Assists with organizing and displaying volume and seasonal items.
• Monitors spoilage and communicates waste to buyers and leads.
• Completes spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep worksheets as required.
• Assists with periodic inventory checks.
• Arrives on time and completes required trainings and meetings.
