Job summary

Whole Foods Market IP. L.P. is seeking team members to support the Produce department by receiving and preparing product, stocking shelves, and maintaining attractive displays in alignment with WFM standards.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, flexible scheduling including nights and weekends, and a commitment to health and safety regulations. Training and advancement opportunities are available within the department.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains fresh and appealing displays; front faces and stocks shelves.
• Assists with organizing and displaying volume and seasonal items.
• Monitors spoilage and communicates waste to buyers and leads.
• Completes worksheets for spoilage, temperature, and sweeps as needed.
• Assists with periodic inventory checks.
• Arrives on time, groomed and ready to work; attends trainings.
• Provides excellent customer service and answers phones courteously.
• Maximizes sales through proper prepping, storing, rotating, and merchandising.
