Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking Team Members for the Produce department in-store operations. You will assist in receiving and stocking, maintain attractive displays, and provide courteous, friendly service to customers and teammates while following company SOPs.

Responsibilities include shelf maintenance, inventory support, and adherence to health and safety standards. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Able to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Keep cases and shelves clean and well stocked.
• Assist in organizing and displaying items.
• Monitor spoilage and communicate waste to buyers and leads.
• Complete spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep worksheets.
• Assist with periodic inventory checks.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers.
• Maximize sales through proper prep, storage, stocking, and merchandising.
• Follow procedures including health and safety regulations.
• Maintain sanitary working environment and correct pricing.
• Report safety hazards immediately.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
